On October 15, 2020 Daniele Fabbro, promoter and founder of Tecoma S.r.l and Vesta Automation S.r.l .. passed away.
A man with a strong personality, who has been able to lead companies and his collaborators, always instilling great confidence and enthusiasm.
A man with a strong personality, who has been able to lead companies and his collaborators, always instilling great confidence and enthusiasm.
At a very young age, he started as a technical sales man for one of the main industrial companies in the country, and soon the entrepreneurial spirit led him with his partners to undertake a bigger project.
He founded Tecoma in 1981, based in Padua, and a few years later also an entire production in Rovigo, Vesta Automation, employing many young people during these 35 years of history.
He never let himself be surprised by the difficulties or adverse conditions that professional life could present, but he always faced challenges with great tenacity and passion, and above all new entrepreneurial projects, with a clear vision of the future and profound clarity of the objectives and substantial values of the life.
No space for compromises and easy solutions, but great support for courageous ideas and actions that can really make a difference.
He was able to teach perseverance and tenacity first of all to his son Manuel, now General Manager of the two companies, and to all the collaborators who have supported and met him over the years. He has always believed a lot in the people who worked with him, allowing them to grow and become a team, like in a big family.
A great fan of engines, a man of heart, in love with life and his family as much as his companies. His wife Liliana always at his side, helped him to realize his big dreams and his son Manuel will carry them forward by leading the Vesta Group.
He leaves a great void and the bitterness of not being able to witness further growth for the companies he wanted and established, but he has given us the precious example of entrepreneurial strength, determination and passion.
